The Practice has advised state authorities, including the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government, the Commission for Energy Regulation, the Chief States Solicitors Office and the Dublin Docklands Development Authority on planning matters including the status of permitted and planned developments for the purposes of tender evaluation, legal proceedings, development potential appraisal, and planning performance reviews.

The Practice was appointed by the DoEHLG in January 2011 to its Panel of Planning Experts to conduct a review of planning legislation, policy and guidance on the performance of planning functions across a number of selected planning authorities.
