Private Client

Declan Brassil & Company Ltd has been appointed as Planning Consultants by a private Client to provide strategic forward planning and development management services to guide the development of an 85ha mixed use district located on a Greenfield infill site at the junction of Metro North and Metro West between Dublin Airport and the M50 Motorway.

The Practice has co-ordinated the preparation of an Integrated Urban Design, Land Use and Transportation Plan, a Draft Local Area Plan, a draft Strategic Environmental Assessment, a draft EIS, Development Plan Submissions, advocacy with the RPA and representation at the Metro North Oral Hearing.

A multi-disciplinary project team is in place which includes MOLA Architecture, ILTP Transportation Engineers, and DTZ Economists.
